Than this is the dessert for you!
It's a CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE BALL.
It's super easy to make, great for family functions, a sweet snack, or for parties!
Pair this baby with some graham crackers or cookies and I'd say you're good to go.
1 package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 ounces), softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons brown sugar
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and softened butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually add both sugars; then beat until well combined.
Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Place mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap.
Shape into a ball.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Now your cheeseball is ready to serve!
*You can roll cheeseball in nuts right before serving if you like them! (such as almonds)
